The Rainbow 6 Siege team has achieved a historic milestone for our organization and for Czech esports as a whole. As the first and only domestic organization, we are advancing to the world’s largest tournament — the Esports World Cup 2025, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With a massive total prize pool of CZK 1.46 billion and global superstars serving as ambassadors, the championship has gained attention in mainstream media — and now we’ll be bringing coverage to our own platforms, where we’ll document our journey through the tournament, in which 16 teams will compete for around CZK 42 million.
Our Australian team qualified for the event by winning the first split of the Asia Pacific League - Oceania. Throughout the entire season, the team suffered only one loss in the group stage out of eight teams and made it through the playoffs without dropping a single map, advancing via the upper bracket. In addition to qualifying for the Esports World Cup, we also secured prize money of CZK 370,000 and earned the title of best team in the region.
MinGoran, the team’s coach, commented on the success:
While preparing for Stage 1, we went through a lot of trial and error. Many people doubted us, but we stayed humble and worked hard every step of the way. We did lose once in the group stage, but that loss helped us quickly identify our weaknesses — and from that point on, we didn’t lose a single match on our way to winning the championship. Even when our roster changed mid-stage, we stayed focused on victory and maintained a positive team atmosphere.
Thanks to the support and help from Enterprise, we were able to achieve the championship that our players had been striving for. The EWC will be a new challenge, but we’ll approach it with the same mindset and energy. We’re not satisfied with just winning Stage 1 — we’ll keep working hard to win even more titles and play many more great games.”
